People are sad to see the summer go, but September is honestly the best month of the year for the Big Apple residents. The air is crisp and not sticky and humid like it was mid-July so you don't have to worry about breaking a sweat just from going on your lunch break. The leaves are starting to make a slow change to that juicy red color and football is upon us. The Yankees and Mets are both vying for the playoffs and New York Fashion Week starts on the 10th. Not to mention tennis' greatest tournament, the U.S. Open has started as well. Also, it's Back to Broadway month and from the 7th to the 20th, and you can purchase 2 for 1 tickets for any show. So, if you see someone bummed out about Autumn starting up, tell em' to cheer up and enjoy the best month in the Capitol of the World!
