Located on Spring Street in SoHo, Dominique Ansel Bakery is a staple in the treat industry. Dominique brought his Paris delicacies to the Big Apple and was immediately a top hit. It's only been open since 2011 and in 2013 was named Zagat's Top Bakery. His treats are both creative and very aesthetic looking. What has become his signature dessert is the Cronut, which is different every month. A lot of time and recipes go into each doughnut. It is similar to a croissant but is rolled in sugar, filled with cream, and glazed. I had the Cronut for this past July and it was absolutely amazing. It was the "Rum Caramelized Brown Sugar" and the banana filling was one of the most delicious things I've ever had. Well it's time for us to head back to Montauk for the next days so have a dope weekend and we hope to see you out there for our Labor Day Sale!
